Turn a catalog name into a purchase scope
Start with structure and covering, dimensions and bay layout, local wind or snow load basis, ventilation and climate-control scope, foundation and installation boundary. The names in this catalog identify requests rather than a complete engineering specification.
For a frame package, give span / bay width and eave height in m or ft with the drawing revision. For covering, identify glass, polycarbonate or film, thickness, optical test basis, fixing details and replacement access. Ask the factory to distinguish standard items from changes that affect MOQ or sample availability.
For vents and curtains, specify opening positions, drive requirements, power and control interfaces. An evaporative cooling pad and fan arrangement needs a site-specific duty basis and water-quality plan; adding those items does not prove climate performance.
Keep quantity units consistent across quotations. Compare equipment, packing, transport, taxes, documents, spare parts and installation exclusions on one receiving basis. A lower package total can reflect missing scope rather than a comparable alternative.
Budget and supplier preference are optional. Write a range and currency and state whether it covers a unit or the whole order. Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly and undecided describe your priorities for materials, customization and support, not a verified rating.
Review the factory comparison process or send the requirement. Product cards open the shared inquiry dialog; no product detail page or online checkout is required.
Have a drawing or a mixed package?
Describe the drawing revision, included components and remaining questions. The first review can begin with an incomplete brief if the unknowns are visible.
